I say eat patis, cheese and mushroom pita from their own bakery across the street. If you have a year in Elazig industry, make sure to make pita with cheddar and mushrooms.

In Elazig, you can stop by to fill your stomach for cheap in the industry. They have a bakery opposite the market. You order the pita or lahmacun you want to eat at the market, and they cook it in the oven across the street. There is a place to eat in front of the oven if you want. My favorite pita is pita with mushroom and cheddar and Elazig's famous cheesecake. The only downside is there is no pos device. Cash purchase mandatory
