A hotel where I used to stay... but a few years ago, I left because the rooms were not clean. We visited 5 rooms in the same night, all of them were dirty. I came for work 3 days this week Room cleaning was ok on the first day Last day disgrace! Staff provided room change but Room 2 was in disgusting condition Pillow sheets used towels in bristle All the previous customer's mess is on the pillow The housekeeper makes changes according to his head or does not.. It is deplorable that such a beautiful hotel is still in this condition over the years. Moreover, the staff doesn't even respond properly as if I'm at fault. People say sorry don't worry.. Spacious rooms are good. Location is very good. Close to the train station. Breakfast is hearty and satisfying. I wish the receptionist, whom I conveyed that the water temperature was not satisfactory, would have known to say to me instead of objecting to it: "Okay, sir, I will take care of it right away and have it looked at during the day." Just this sentence would have caused me to leave the hotel more peacefully.
