★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beceriksiz bir kurum.22 yildan beri avrupada yasiyorum.1 gün 1 dakika bile elektirigim kesilmedi.artik olagan olmaya basladi.Hergün sabah 9 12 arasi elektrik kesiliyor.Kesintilerde önceden haber bile verilmiyor.Bunlarda tek calisan sistem fatura cikarip para tahsil etmek baskada birsey yok.
It is an incompetent institution. I have been living in Europe for 22 years. My electricity was not cut even for 1 day and 1 minute. It has become normal now. The electricity is cut off every day between 9 and 12 in the morning. There is no prior notice for any outages.

There is no interlocutor! You can't even reach it! The only part that works properly is the billing department.. On that bill, there is the cart tax, curt tax midwife's thing tax, you know!!! Let me be poison. They are useless and the electric company around you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ay içerisinde 25 gün arayla 2 defa fatura kesen firma. son ödeme tarihi üzerinden daha 12 gün geçti yeni fatura çıkartmışlar. düzenli okuma yok bunlarda kafalarına göre. kurumsallık yerlerde sürünüyor.
A company that issues invoices 2 times a month with an interval of 25 days. They have issued a new invoice 12 days after the last payment date. there is no regular reading in them. institutionalism creeps in.

Arıyorsun binbir güçlükle nedenini soruyorsun özürdilerim yanlışlıkla sizin saati mühürlenmiş arkadaşlar sökün mührü diyor. Bu kadar basit yani siz nasıl bir kurumsunuz? Bu ne aymazlık, vurdum duymazlık, bu nasıl bir organizasyon? Kimsenin kimseden haberi yok herkes kafasına göre iş yapıyor. Bir de haklı mağdur olmana rağmen kimseye ulaşamıyorum, lafta anlatamıyorsun maşallah diyorum size hizmette sınır yok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1926'dan beri nasıl ayakta kaldılar hayret edersiniz dimi yorumlara ve şikayet var bi göz atın. 01.01.2022 tarihinde saat 20:00 civarında kayseri Melikgazi bölgesinde elektrikler kesildi bununla ilgili hiç bir bilgilendirme yapmadılar. Hayatımda bu kadar dandik bir şirket görmedim müşteri hizmetlerinde muhatap yok.
You'd be amazed how they've survived since 1926. Take a look at the comments and complaints. On 01.01.2022, around 20:00, the electricity was cut off in the Kayseri Melikgazi region, they did not give any information about it. I have never seen such a lousy company in my life, there is no interlocutor in customer service.
