A dormitory where I stayed for 2 years. I was very satisfied and left like that. Management and all staff; everything and everyone was perfect. Breakfast and dinner are available. There is a gym against Erciyes. It has a cafe and a terrace. Both on the 9th floor. Working area, TV in the rooms, service, league matches... It's a 4 4 place. I don't think there is anything like it in Kayseri. If you are going to stay in a dormitory in Kayseri, you should first take a look here.

They are scammers. When I went a week ago, they said 850tl, now they say 1600tl per month. They say it's close to 100% for profit purposes, the rooms are small, so it's not worth the money. I don't recommend it.

I would never recommend. They give a different price to the person who goes to the interview 1 week ago. What's more, they put bunk beds and single beds in triple rooms and turn a double room into a triple room. It's a complete disgrace.

Advantages: 1) Centrally located. 2) Wifi speed was satisfactory. However, I do not know what the wifi speed will be when there is a person at full capacity. 3) 24/7 doorman available. 4) There is a TV in every room. It has a SCART input, not an HDMI input. (However, it depends on the person whether having a TV in the room is an advantage or a disadvantage for the student). Disadvantages: 1) Since the walls are thin, the voice of the people staying in the next room sounds like they are in your room. This is quite negative for those who want to study in their room. 2) There is a heating problem in winter. The rooms are not fully heated. you are cold. 3) The number of washing machines is quite insufficient. This will create a problem for the rest. A dryer is also needed. 4) Study room is not big enough. Dormitories with such a large capacity need larger study rooms. For people who want to work in their room, the noise coming from the adjacent rooms will be a problem. 5) There is a gym, but it is quite small and the equipment is insufficient. 6) There is no fridge in the rooms.

I actively stay in the dormitory and I can easily say that you are disgraceful with your money, the food is bad and not enough for you to be satisfied, there is no drinking water, the cleaning is once in 2-3 weeks, the service hours are not suitable for everyone and are poorly adjusted :) Don't believe if they say hourly, the internet is absolutely useless and it's filthy. Don't believe everyone if they say they will fix it, the same lie, employees and management students are interested in taking their money and spending the day instead of thinking, there are 5 washing machines for 300 people and only 2 can be used, there are 2 dryers, but they said they were broken and turned it off, we think it is completely to cut the bill they took off their covers, the machines are in working condition because if you wash their clothes, you cannot dry them, they do not heat the rooms even if it falls into the air at night. As a result, you will give thousands of liras, but you will not even get 300 liras of service.

I'm still staying here (must) and I suggest you think twice before sending your child. I have never seen such a bad place in my life. The facilities offered to us and nothing the institution says about itself are either not correct or not working (defective). Most of the products in the gym are broken and missing equipment, clean water (water smells) and heating problem since I came. It is -10 degrees and the honeycombs still do not open properly, we are cold (me and my neighbors next door), most of them got sick because of this. We can't stay in the dorm during the day, they don't light the honeycombs just because the sun is rising (we can't get out of bed if we stop). Worse, we buy heaters, they take the heaters away from us and condemn us to the cold. I have been hospitalized twice. The internet is very bad, the walls are moldy, the water does not flow when we take a shower, everywhere is soaked wet, the toilets are very dirty, most of the furniture is either broken or does not fully fulfill its function. I have to bleed the honeycomb every day. You see, we are disgraced with our money.
