Vatandaş kartının içindeki kalan parayı bilmediği için otobüse veya tramvaya bindiğinde sürprizle karşılaşıyor. Pandemiden önce başkasından istemek zorunda kalıyordu şimdi o da yok bi kart iki kez kullanılamıyor. Şoförlerimiz sagolsun yardımcı oluyorlar ama yükleme yapınca kart okutmayi unutursa Vatandaş o zaman da şirketin hakkına gitmiş oluyor bence uygulamadan parayı görürsek ona göre daha temkinli oluruz

Since the citizen does not know the remaining money in his card, he encounters a surprise when he gets on the bus or tram. Before the pandemic, he had to ask someone else, now he is gone, a card cannot be used twice. Thanks to our drivers, they help, but if he forgets to read the card after loading, the citizen then goes to the right of the company, I think if we see the money from the application, we will be more cautious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistemde görünen seferler gelmiyor gelse de sistemde görünen saatlerden çok farklı geliyor. Hem otobüs hem tramvayların kapasitesi oldukça yetersiz. Tramvay halihazırda kalabalık bir ulaşım aracı ancak bunu destekleyecek otobüs seferleri bile yok.

As someone who has lived in Istanbul for a long time and tried to adapt to Kayseri, there is not enough information about transportation with the application that does not suit Kayseri.
