Yes, it's a comfortable place, folks. There is constant hot water. A place where a student will be comfortable from his first year to get to know the city and the people rather than renting a house.

Yırt has very good food and stuff, but the stairs are too long, it's too tiring. Going to the dormitory should be done as an alternative.
