They had wrapped their carpets without drying ... when they came there was a disgusting root in the carpets ... I contacted and sent the carpets again, but it still didn't pass that heavy root .... I regret it because I wash here ... I certainly do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıkattığımız halıyı tam kurutmadan sarıp paketlemişler geldiğinde kontrol edemedik. Sonra baktık küflenmiş arayıp durumu ilettiğimizde neredeyse biz suçlu çıktık. Haklılar aslında böyle müsteriyle bile nezaketli bir konuşma yapamayan şahıslarla iş yaparak suç işledik. Kesinlikle uzak durulması gereken bir firma.
We could not control the carpet we washed when they were wrapped and packed before they were completely dried. Then we looked, when we called moldy and conveyed the situation, we almost turned out to be guilty. They are right, in fact, we committed a crime by doing business with people who could not even make a kind speech with such customers. It is definitely a company that should be avoided.
