★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misafirhane yeni yapılmış iyi hoş güzel ama. Mesela lavabolardaki el yıkama yerinin musluğu çok alçakta altına eliniz zor sığıyor. Abdest almak isterseniz ayağınız sığmaz. Onun dışında bir de ses yalıtımı berbat. Yan odada birinin telefonu titreşim de bile olsa rahatlıkla duyabilirsiniz. Isı izolasyonu da pek yok. Çok sıcak olduğu söylenemez. Odaların camlarından ve etrafından içeriye bolca soğuk hava geliyor. Hatta misafirhanenin koridoru içeriden çok daha sıcaktı. Kalanlar bilir. Yoksa bina yeni restore edilmiş alınan malzemelerde kaliteli ama böyle sorunlar var.

If you want to make ablution, your feet will not fit. Apart from that, the sound insulation is terrible. You can easily hear someone's phone in the next room, even if it vibrates. There is not much heat insulation. Needless to say, it's not very hot. A lot of cold air comes in from the windows of the rooms and around them. In fact, the corridor of the guesthouse was much warmer than the inside. The rest know. Otherwise, the building has been newly restored and the materials purchased are of high quality, but there are such problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bina yeni odalar polis evlerine göre 10 basar kişi başı 50 lira bedava demek.. Ben memnun kaldım Kayseri'ye geldiğimde kalmak isteyeceğim tek yer diyebilirim en azından kalmak için brökrasiye gerek yok polis evi telefonu açmıyor bile..
The new rooms in the building are 10 times more than the police houses and 50 liras per person is free. I am satisfied. I can say that it is the only place I would like to stay when I come to Kayseri, at least there is no need for bureaucracy to stay, the police house does not even answer the phone..

It is an affordable and clean place that can be preferred among social facilities. The only downside is no breakfast.
