Kendi ifadelerine göre 3 metre halıyı 15 tl ye yıkayıp birde aynı halıya 15 tl kimyasal harcayıp ek olarakda mazot yaktiklarindan karlı olarak gormuyorlarmis. Hizmet anlayışları sıfır kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Karşınızdaki kişi sizi anlamamak için ekstra gayret gösteriyor.
The company does not serve when the total amount is below 10 square meters. Kesinlikle 1 yıldız bile çok. 1tane halı olduğunu neden söylememişim de zartmış da zurtmuş da 1 tane halıyı bile getiremiyorsunuz allahtan diğer halılarımı da vermemişim.sözde sabah aramışlar açmamışım mesaj da göndermişler falan filan neden telefonu açmamışım da hem yalan söyleyip hem bizi suçlayamazsınız. Müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir şey vardır. Ama maalesef bu sizde yok.sizi her yerden şikayet edeceğim.
I have never seen such an irresponsible and irrelevant company in my life. It is regretful to give carpet to this company. I think all of the positive comments are from them. Absolutely 1 star, too. Why did I not say that there is 1 carpet, you can not even bring 1 carpet, I did not give my other carpets. There is such a thing as customer satisfaction. But unfortunately you do not have this. I will complain about you from anywhere.
