İşlem sonucunda anlaştığımız renkle alakası olmayan bir renk çıktı.aylar öncesinden kararlaştırmıştık ve saçımın altında boya olmamasına rağmen ortaya çıkan renge şok oldum.sebebinin ışık yansımasından olduğunu söyledi.gün ışığında da aynı rengi görünce hatasını anladı,birdaha gel yine işlem yapayım gibi bir teklifte bulundu.fakat saçım bu 2.işlemi kaldıramayacak kadar yıprandı.Durumun gizli kalamayacak kadar kötü olduğunu,salon sahibine bu durumu bildirmesini ve onarım için ne yapılabileceğini sordum.Aynı günün gecesi 02:30 da onlarca mesajla uyandım.Mağduriyetimi dile getirmemem yönünde tehdit,hakaret,şantaj ne ararsanız var ve kayıtlı.Bizler bir esnaftan hizmet almak istediğimizde ;yanlış işleme,zarar gören ve kullanılamaz hale gelen kıyafetlere,gece yarıları atılan üslubu bozuk mesajlara maruz kalmak zorunda mıyız?
