★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayabaşı Restoran'a ilk kez 2 yıl önce gitmiştik. Ailem çok beğenip beni götürmüştü. Aşağıdaki Hurma Koyu manzarası eşliğinde harika bir kalamar yemiştik. Tadı damağımda kalmıştı. Bu kez misafirlerimizi de götürdük. Garsonlar çok genç ve tatlı çocuklar. Fakat servis inanılmaz yavaş kalıyor. Tüm koya yetişmeye çalışıyorlar. Patates kızartması ve kalamarlar gelene kadar yaklaşık 45-50 dakika geçti ve ilk içkilerimizi bitirdik. :) Bayram yoğunluğu diye tahmin ediyorum. Patates kızartmasının yağı daha iyi olabilir. Ayrıca Calve şişesinde daha düşük kaliteli mayonez kullanıyorlar. 80 TL'lik kalamar tavaya yakışmıyor. Manzara sayesinde kurtaran, daha özenli ve düzenli olsa inanılmaz meşhur olabilecek bir mekan.
We went to Kayabaşı Restaurant for the first time 2 years ago. My family loved it and took me. We ate a wonderful calamari accompanied by the view of Hurma Bay below. The taste remained in my palate. This time we took our guests as well. The waiters are very young and sweet guys. But the service is incredibly slow. They are trying to reach the whole bay. It took about 45-50 minutes until the fries and calamari arrived and we finished our first drinks. :) I guess it's the holiday intensity. The oil of the french fries could be better. They also use lower quality mayonnaise in the Calve bottle. Squid worth 80 TL does not suit the pan. It is a place that saves thanks to the scenery, could be incredibly famous if it were more attentive and organized.
