Yine içeri girerken bunları dile getirerek aynı müşteri memnuniyetini yaşamak istediğimi söyledim. Beni karşılayan uzun saçlı arkadaşa derdimi anlattım. Iphone 6 telefonumun ekranının kırıldığını ve diğer telefonumunda bataryasının değişeceğini söyledim.Ekran değişiminin 220 TL - Samsung Galaxy A5 bataryası değişiminin 150 TL olduğunu söyledi.Konuşmasındaki esnaflıktan uzak sert tavrı ve kullandığı üslubun işine geliyorsa yaptırırsana gelen tarzı beni başka alternatif yerleri kullanmaya sevk etti.. Kendisine ısrar ederek bunaltarak yada çingene pazarlığı yaparak değil de en son ne olur şeklinde bir indirimin olup olmamasını sordum.Bu tamiratlar riskliydi şöyleydi böyleydi diye telefonların başlarına bir şey gelebilir risk yüksek olduğu için telefonları vermememiz için bin dereden su getirdi.
