Kaya optik ortacanın eskilerinden. İlk gözlüğümü oradan aldım, sonra sık sık değiştirdim. Kendileri on numara beş yıldız insanlardır. Hizmetleri ve ürünleride kalitelidir.

Musteri memnuniyeti diye vurguladiklari tabir ile Kaya optigin tavri kesinlikle uyusmamaktadir. Genc arkadasin tavri cok kiriciydi, sadece yaptik gozlugunu madem olmadi al cik git der gibi, dukkan sahibi ile gunler sonra sirf suraya negatif feedback birakmadan tavri hakkinda emin olmak icin gorusmek istedim, genc bayan sabah gelmediniz simdide cikti Kaya bey cep numarasini da veremeyiz istemiyor dedi. Kimsenin cep nosunu istiyor degilim, bu gozluk benim basimi gozumu agritmayacak sekilde uyum saglamiyorsa bunda benim kabahatim ne olabilir? Bunun takibini yapmak dukkan sahibinin gorevi degilmidir? I am definitely not willing to accept this deal, shop owner and staff. If there was a real professionalism and experience in their branches, they could come to the patient with the information that could solve the problems brought by their profession, but then, while applying this solution, there would be a difference in costs as much as water, and they could put an accumulation of knowledge with material and moral value.
