★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agustos ayında aldığım salon avizesinin tepsisinde defo vardı. Bunu söyledim şikayetimi kabul ettiler demeyim, kabul etmiş gibi gösterdiler. Hatta eve gelib tepsinin ölçüsünü de aldılar. Bununla da iş bitti saydılar. 3 aydan fazladır beklemekteyim. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim mağaza değil.
 There was a defect on the tray of the living room chandelier that I bought in August. I said this, I wouldn't say they accepted my complaint, they made it seem like they did. They even came home and took the measure of the tray. However, they considered the job done. I have been waiting for more than 3 months. Definitely not the store I can recommend.

He said that he would issue an invoice for the price I paid for the shopping and send it. He did not issue an invoice even though I gave him the billing information on the same day and reminded him three times in a week.
