★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 yaşımda ilk kez sütü lavaboya boşalttım. Günlük taze süt 3lt aldım eve geldim kaynattım. Sanacaksınız ki süt kesildi bozuk çıktı. Keşke süt bozuk çıksaydı, kaynadıktan sonra süt tamamen tza kesilmiş dana eti gibi kokmaya başladı. Hani bazen et kokar da yiyemezsiniz, tabakta bırakırsınız. İşte tam da o koku. Birgün dolapta beklettim ama düzelmedi. 15tlsinde değilim ama israfı sevmem, süt israfını hiç sevmem. Üzüle üzüle döktüm. Ne eşim ne oğlum ne de annem içebildi. Bir daha mı bilmediğim yerden süt almak..... ASLA....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eldiven kullanılmıyor, titizlik çok az. İlgi ile temizlik birleşince anlamlı oluyor. Zeytin, peynir resmen elle temas halinde. Çok şey almaya gittim eli boş eve döndüm.
