Wi-fi was awfulI in the room and had to buy internet package everyday by paying lots of money in a 5 star all-included hotel! I couldn't do my business. Also, quality of the drinks and cocktails was quite low. Didn't see one known brand of cocktail mixers. Finally, had my room cleaned only for once in 5 days by asking 3-4 times to the cleaners and to the counter. In overall, quite low value for the money...

Before you ask something, hotel staff come to you to help you at all times. Food quality is really good and various things there. A la carte restaurant reservation is free but it has to be in a day advance so our family missed it unfortunately. Aquapark is a bit old fashioned l but enough for families.

The hotel was fantastic, everything was perfect they have amazing service that goes out of their way to try and please you. Their drinks are pretty good and food is exceptional. it’s the perfect place for a family vacation, thanks to their fun team and Halil we never had a boring moment. this was definitely one of the better hotels that i have stayed in, i would stay here again.

The bed was horrible, everything hurts, the mattress and pillows are terrible. There is a lot of food and a large selection and delicious, but a lot of dishes were dirty, not washed, my son and I got poisoned and for 2 days the temperature was high, he called the doctor, he told me to stop it and the visit was paid 110 €. Overall a normal hotel with old renovation but all inclusive service good staff good but not all.

The hotel is very good. There is always room for improvement. The waiters, entertainment team and receptionists are very nice and always smiling. The food is excellent. The rooms are big enough for 4 adults (1 double bed and 2 beds for one person). The furniture in the room is not the newest let’s say. In the bathrooms you can see (if you look in detail) that there are some esthetic problems. But everything is very clean and working. The minibar is filled every day (1 coke, 1 Fanta, 2 still waters, 2 sparkling waters, 1 ice tea and 2 juices for kids). You have different types of tea in the room. The balcony is not judge but enough for two chairs. They have 2 judge pools (160 and 100 cm) and one mini water park for kids and not only. If you want to look on the TV in the holidays you should understand Turkish language because mostly all are local channels.

The worst ever! The room was very stinky and we had to change it. The other room had a broken mini fridge which we had to call the customer service to change. The AC was not working properly and kept switching off. The shower was not clean at all. The internet connection in the room and throughout the hotel was VERY bad! The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and impolite. The food was OK. No night activities and it is a pure family resort. The only good thing about the hotel was the beach. In general, it does not deserve to be a five-star hotel.

Was here for a conference. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. The staff are wonderful, the food is plentiful and delicious and the Mediterranean Sea is just steps away. Very comfortable. Managed to rent a bike and go for a ride around the local suburbs but it's not the best place for cycling - the back roads are not that picturesque and the larger streets are quite busy. If you're here for the sea, pool and golfing though, I am sure you will love it! This was my first time in Turkey and the people are just wonderful. Belek itself is very cute once you get off the main drag. Did not really have time to explore the village.
