Kaya Apartments

Hello, I would like to thank especially the owner of the business, Ms. Merve, and everyone who contributed to the preparation of the apartment. I have stayed in many apartments, clearly the most comfortable, cleanest, newest, place where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, in short, a place where you can enjoy your holiday in peace. Even the materials inside the apartment are not ordinary, but are bought from Ikea, an indication of how much care they give. . In terms of location, it is in the center of Kalkan, there is no parking problem, it is close to the markets, walking distance to the beach. Another plus, I think, was the only generator in the place where it was located, we did not have any problems when our surroundings were dark. We liked the shield very much, the most important reason for this was the comfort of the accommodation. Again, I would like to thank the owner of the business, Merve, and her family for their interest and smiling faces.

We had a wonderful holiday in Kaya Apartments Kalkan, where we stayed as a family for a week. Apart from the fact that we were very satisfied with the hygiene, its location, proximity to the beach and newly renovated made it possible for us to have a comfortable holiday. When I look at it as an architect, everything has been thought out to the smallest detail, and it also made us happy to know that such businesses still exist. We definitely recommend you to plan the places you will go in Kalkan Kas, especially with the owner of the business, Ms. Merve

Very clean and very comfortable. It's the comfort of a home and all furnishings are brand new. Cleaning was very good. It was a separate comfort to have separate air conditioning and bathroom in the rooms. The location is very good, very close to the center and the beach. The pool water was too hot for us, maybe it could be a little colder. In addition, if there are mosquito nets on the windows or doors, it can be useful to ventilate the rooms without flies. But it was an incredibly beautiful holiday. The beach recommendations of the operators are also very successful, definitely the public beach in Kalkan is number 1 :) Thank you so much for everything...

The proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the rooms and the building, especially the pool, was impeccable. It is also very close to the bazaar and nearby restaurants. The view from the top floor is beautiful in the morning and at night. Employees are also very meticulous and organized.
