★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I really liked was the stuffing of the Katmer, clotted cream and pistachio. On the other hand the filo pastry wasn’t that great and they need to work on their staff skills to provide better service. Price was fair, location wasn’t that great as well with loads of demolished buildings next to the shop, but for me not so relevant.

Tip: The owner is very friendly. You can get yourself invited and watch the preparation behind the bench.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The katmer here is huge and very rich – indeed, the amount of pistachio used is overwhelming. That said, in terms of flavour, this local specialty is incredibly delicious. Price, for anyone interested, was about 6 euros equivalent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to be missed when in Gaziantep. It was hard for me to find at first as I kept walking around trying to locate the store, but it ended up being SO worth it.
Super delicious, prepared fresh and simply one of the best katmer you can find in Gaziantep.
