Katmerci Cumali Ustaya Teşekür Ederim Güzel elleri ile marifetini gösterdi Gaziantep'te 3,4 mekandan yemiştim ama bu daha başka taş fırın , malzemeler kaliteli herkesin denemesini şiddetle tavsiye ederim ?
I would like to thank Master Katmerci Cumali. He showed his ingenuity with his beautiful hands. I have eaten at 3,4 places in Gaziantep, but this is another stone oven, the materials are high quality, I highly recommend everyone to try it ?

Gaziantep’te katmeri nadir güzel yapan yerlerden. İşin sırrı ustalık, kullanılan malzeme ve tabi ki taş fırın. İşini hakkıyla yapan nadir ustalardan. Para hırsıyla çizgisini kaybetmemiş bir esnaf. Böyle esnaflara sahip çıkmak lazım. Özellikle dışarıdan gelen misafirlerin uğrayıp tadına bakmalarını tavsiye ediyorum. Katmerin Yağ oranı yüksek hassasiyeti olanlar dikkatli olmalı. Ürün kalitesi 5/5 Fiyat 4/5 (genel olarak fiyatlar yüksek diğer katmercilerde bu minvalde katmeri aynı fiyata yiyemezsiniz). 20.03.2022 itibariyle Normal katmer 50₺, özel katmer 70₺.
It is one of the rare places that make katmer beautiful in Gaziantep. The secret is craftsmanship, the materials used and of course the stone oven. He is one of the rare masters who do his job properly. An artisan who has not lost his streak with money greed. Tradesmen like this need to be protected. I especially recommend the guests coming from outside to stop by and taste it. Those with high sensitivity to Katmerin Oil should be careful. Product quality 5/5 The price is 4/5 (in general, you can't eat katmer for the same price in other katmercis with high prices). As of 20.03.2022, regular katmer is 50₺, special katmer is 70₺.

Sabah kahvaltısını hemen yanı başındaki Ciğerci Ali Haydar Usta da yaptık. Ciğerin üstüne ne yenir Rafık dedik. Cumali Ustaya geldik. Yapılışını da izledim. Sabah terapisiydi valla. Kaynağı ve yağ oranı iyiydi, ağır değildi. Ama yufkasını biraz kalın buldum. Gaziantep 'te daha iyisini Ünal Et Lokantasında yemiştim.
We had our breakfast at Cigerci Ali Haydar Usta, right next to it. We said what to eat on the liver, Rafik. We came to Cumali Usta. I watched it being made. Well, it was morning therapy. Its source and fat ratio were good, not heavy. But I found the dough a little thick. I ate better at Unal Meat Restaurant in Gaziantep.

Katmer is a sweet dessert made from a thin dough with crushed pistachio nuts, a syrup, and a special butter. Once the butter and pistachio nuts are layed out on the thin dough, it is then shaped into a square shape and baked in a oven. Once baked, the syrup is the poured on and served. Absolutely delicious and is made with just the right amount of ingredients!

This is the best place to eat traditional Gaziantep desert, best prices and family business. We are from USA and all my family loved Katmer. Highly recommend them.
