I guess it's hard to find such a satisfying doner for such a cheap price anywhere else in Turkey, Iskenderun and Hatay in general are just as fertile and cheap anyway...

It is not very hygienic. The doners in the pac square are not hygienically clean in general. Service is bad. There is no standard service. sounds wrong.
