★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötü bir hizmet var. Kilo işi kebap aldım içinde yarim ekmek dışında hiç bir şey bırakmamışlar. Salata ezme ekstra ücret istiyorlar. Ayrıca kebaplar dışı yanmış ici pişmemiş. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Çok daha kaliteli yerlede aynı fiyata alınabilir. .
There is a very bad service. I bought a kilo of kebab, they left nothing but half bread inside. They want salad paste extra charge. In addition, the kebabs are burnt outside but not cooked. I definitely do not recommend it. Much better quality locals can be purchased at the same price. .

They brought our order in 1 hour and 20 minutes. why do i say it says intense. I looked, there are 2 more tables besides us, other people were complaining. The meat was not well seasoned and rested and not delicious. The paste was good. I've never seen a smiling person, it's gloomy

Porsiyona galiba 50 lira dedi.
Kg usulü antrikot/pirzola/köfte/sucuk birde lokum diye adlandırdıkları ürün var.
Kg 130 tl ama Ekmek/salata ezme vs garnitürler/közlenmiş ürünlerde ekstra ücret alıyorlar.
Biz kg usulü adet adet istedik köfte pirzola antrikot ama lokum denilen ürünün kg satışı yok sadece porsiyon ile veriliyormuş.aynı para oda 130 ama demekki porsiyona 4 5 tane koyup daha çok kar ediyorlar.
Pek tercih edeceğim bi mekan değil.

We wanted pieces in kg style, meatballs, cutlets, entrecote, but the product called Turkish delight is not sold in kg, it is only given with portions. It's room 130 for the same money, but it means they put 4 or 5 pieces per portion and make more profit.
It's not a place I would prefer.

Kuzu kuşbaşı alma gafletinde bulundum sonuç rezalet. Etin her tarafı sinir olmasını saymıyorum bile. İşletmeye ulaştığımda getirin değişelim dediler fakat ne bir özür ne bir kusura bakmayın vs. olmadığı gibi bir de üzerine başka yerden kuzu kuşbaşı alın sonra yorumunuzu bekliyorum diyecek kadar pişkin bir esnaf (!) sanki insanlar ilk defa kuzu kuşbaşı yiyormuş gibi muamele. Van'da ilk defa karşılaştığım bir durum. Yazık.

I made the mistake of buying diced lamb, the result was a disgrace. Not to mention the fact that the meat is all over the nerves. When I reached the establishment, they said bring it and let's change, but no apology, no apologies etc. Besides, a shopkeeper (!) who is so brazen as to say "I'm waiting for your comment" to buy lamb cubes from another place, is treated as if people are eating lamb cubes for the first time. This is the first time I have encountered in Van. What a pity.
