Pastırmayı tattım ve (damak tat ayrımım o kadar iyi olmasa da) aradaki farkı çok net bir şekilde hissediyorsunuz. O anda farkı gerçekten anlıyorsunuz. Sucuğunu ise nerdeyse tadına bile bakamadım çünkü ev ahalisi sucuğu hızlı bir şekilde tüketti :) en yakında yeniden sipariş vermek istiyorum emeğinize sağlık. Avanostaki satış mağazasından sucuk ve kavurma aldım. Sucuk baharat ve tat olarak o kadar yerindeydi ki gerçekten Kayserili olmama rağmen kendi memleketimde bu kadar başarılı bir sucuk tüketmemiştim. Kavurmasını yumurta ile beraber yerseniz gerçekten çok leziz bir tadı oluyor zaten paketten baktığınızda bile diğer markalardan net bir doğallık ve ayırt edicilik göze çarpıyor. Pastırmasını denemedim fakat en yakın zamanda almak istiyorum. Tek olumsuz eleştirim bu kadar kaliteli bir markanın ürünlerini market zincirlerinde görememek :) I went for a tourist trip in Cappadocia, the local bacon, sausage and roasting brand strongly recommended by my local friend. I bought sausage and roast from the store in Avanost. The sausage was so good as a spice and taste that even though I was really Kayseri, I did not consume such a sucuk in my own country. If you eat the roasting with the egg, it really tastes delicious, even when you look at it from the package, there is a clear naturalness and distinctiveness from other brands. I haven't tried his bacon, but I want to get it soon. My only negative criticism is not to see the products of such a high quality brand in market chains :)
