★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Ahmet to sell a property in Kas in October / November 2021. I had to leave Kas before the completion of the sale so authorised a power of attorney for Ahmet to act on my behalf. He kept me updated every step of the way, I was sent photographs of all receipts, and a video of the transaction at the Tapu office in Kas when he attended to represent me.
The proceeds of sale were transferred to the UK in a timely manner.
He is very honest and reliable.
If you are thinking of buying or selling a property in Kas I would highly recommend Ahmet.
