★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sipariş etmek istediğimiz hiçbir ürün yoktu. Kedilerden oturamadık. Kedi pisliği kokusu da zaten yemek yeme ize oturmamıza imkan vermedi. Sandalyelerde masalarda gezen kedilerin olduğu bir yer de artık ne kadar temiz ve hijyenik olursa. Çocuğun birisi de yatmıştı nasıl bir saygısızlıksa artık. Bir daha gitmem ve kimseye de tavsiye etmem.
There were no items we wanted to order. We couldn't sit with the cats. The smell of cat droppings didn't allow us to sit on our food. A place where there are cats wandering around on tables in chairs is as clean and hygienic as it is. It was a disrespect for a child to sleep with. One more to go and I would not recommend to anyone.

The cake for 4 people I gave 70 TL was stale. Do not buy the chocolate cake, it tastes very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iki gun once siparis ettigim ve parasini odedigim standart pastayi (ozel siparis degil) almak icin 17.30 gibi girdigimde sizi yarim saat, 45 dakika bekletecegiz diyorlar. Zaten sinek avliyorsunuz arkadas bu nasil laubaliliktir. Tahminim yakinda kapanma yasanir...
When I enter around 17.30 to get the standard cake (not a special order) that I ordered two days ago and paid for, they say they will make you wait for half an hour and 45 minutes. You are already hunting flies, my friend, what kind of laubaliness is this. My guess is it will close soon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta siparisi verip dogumgunu gunu pastasiz kaldigim, hizmetin sifir oldugu firin. Siparis ettigim pastanin disinda baska bir pastayi gosterip istediginiz bu diye bir de kandirmaya calisan mudur baska hikaye. Dogumgununde boyle kotu bir servisle karsilasip ortada kalmak cok uzucu.
The bakery where I ordered a cake and was left without a cake on my birthday, where the service was zero. It's another story if someone tries to deceive you by showing another cake other than the one I ordered and saying that's what you want. It's very sad to be in the middle of being faced with such a bad service on your birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 gün önceden sipariş verdiğim doğum günü pastasını teslim etmeyi başaramadılar. Bütün gün gelecek diye oyaladılar fakat türlü bahanelerle pasta bir türlü ulaşmadı. Doğum gününde pastasız kalan çocuğun morali bütün gün bozuktu.Telaşı bir yana, misafirlerimize rezil olduk. İnanılmaz kötü bir tecrübe yaşattı bana bu pastane. Kurumsallıktan uzak, organize olamayan, beceriksiz çalışanlarla dolu , yönetilemeyen bir pastanedir benim için. Özellikle bir organizasyonunuz varsa bu pastaneden uzak durun, önünden bile geçmeyin.
They failed to deliver the birthday cake I ordered 4 days in advance. They kept busy that it would come all day, but the cake did not arrive, for various reasons. The child, who was left without a cake on his birthday, was in a bad mood all day. This patisserie gave me an unbelievably bad experience. For me, it is an unmanaged patisserie far from being institutionalized, unorganized, full of incompetent employees. Especially if you have an organization, stay away from this patisserie, do not even pass by it.
