Dağların hemen yanıbaşında ve yeşil alanı esirgenmeden yapılmış, villa tarzında mimarisiyle ilgi çekici bir site. İzmit şehir merkezine 12-13 km , Maşukiye ye ise birkaç km mesafede.
It lives up to its name. It is located in Derbent in the Kartepe region, whose popularity has increased recently. It is very close to Kartepe ski center. It is an interesting site with its villa-style architecture, built right next to the mountains and without sparing green space. It is 12-13 km from Izmit city center and a few km from Maşukiye.
