Bu şikayetim ile ilgili bilgilendirme amaçlı bizzat şahsıma ulaşarak konuyu açıklama görüşmesi yapmak için arayan Kartepe İlçe Emniyet görevlisi bir komiser beni gerçekten çok memnun etti. Two weeks ago, I complained to the Kocaeli newspaper about a traffic jam due to the police turning point near Özdilek lights. I was really pleased by a commissioner from Kartepe District Police, who contacted me personally for information purposes regarding this complaint and called to have a clarification meeting. Even in such a situation, it is a source of pride for the Turkish Police to call the citizen personally and clarify the issue. I wish you continued success. Best regards...
