It really has an amazingly beautiful ring. When I eat it in other cities, it is either too doughy or too cooked, but this place has managed to do it just right. If you are going to buy simit in Denizli, buy it from the bagel bakery in Karşıka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karşıyakadaki köprüden geçince ilk fırınınkileri seviyorum ben. Biraz ileride 1fırın daha var. Onlar o kadar lezzetli gelmiyor. Ama her iki fıtınında çalışanları çok ilgili ve samimi. Karar sizin?☺️
I love the ones of the first bakery after crossing the bridge in Karşıyaka. There is another oven a little further ahead. They don't sound that tasty. But the employees of both of them are very concerned and sincere. The decision is yours?☺️

I can say it is the best bagel you can eat. I was able to stop when I finished 5 of them. Good luck to you. I hope this flavor never goes away. It's my first stop every time we come.

It would be a shame if you go to Buldan and don't eat a Buldan bagel. Its flavor and aroma are a taste that you cannot find anywhere else. What can I say, a warm bagel, cottage cheese and a nice cup of tea?
