Reception staff very good. We are informed about Kars for the first time. We liked the breakfast and the food. The teachers' house is very spacious. There is a large hall in between you can sit and relax. No parking problem. Prices are affordable. We stayed a total of four days from two days in a week. The first room we stayed in had shortcomings. The bathroom door was not locked. The towel rack in the bathroom was missing. The other room we stayed in was not lacking. But we didn't find both rooms very clean. In general, the teacher's home needs maintenance and renovation. Renovation would be perfect. It's not a place to stay. It might just be a little better.

It has a much more professional understanding compared to the teacher's house in Kars in 2016-2018. The lady at the reception is kind and respectful, trying to help. 70 TL including breakfast is a good price. I stayed in the family room when I came, it was very clean and comfortable. My only criticism is; In a place like Kars, the heater can be opened a little more. We froze at night

We found in Unfortunately semester break so we were glad we only shock .. by very hot positive just could .. door locks potassium in your hands you hold the corrupt .. The room had the smell of cigarettes excessive .. Smells also a closet spoiled food .. Cleaning the bathroom is not bad .. Since we were very tired, we could not bother to take pictures. After reading the bad reviews, we just booked and wanted to see the room and pay, and when we saw the room, we realized that the reviews were lies. The number of sockets in the room is low, the refrigerator is very small. The taps are very old. It is difficult to open and close. Family room 65 TL per person. Including breakfast. It is a place to stay, even with its shortcomings.
