★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend this travel agency to everyone who wants have the best service. I went to the two tours, GAP tour and a tour organised for the Erasmus people from Eskisehir. The schedule, attractions was great and our guide Asya helped us with everything, she did her best to make our trip unforgetable! She is a great person and I hope I will have oportunitty go for another trip with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend went on four tours with Karnaval Tour (Eastern Black Sea Region, Gap tour, private Fethiye tour and Capadoccia) it was really nice. We especially appreciate our tour respresentative Asya Çinar, she was really nice, from the start she presented herself and help us with everything and believe it or not she speaks english really good, so we are extremely happy to have met her. I also have to pay the credits for the bus drivers in Gap and Eastern Black Sea Region tour, they were driving all day and night plus super helpful and funny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They couldn't even properly organize the places where they were supposed to be helpful when traveling with a group of people (ski rentals and such) they also charge you in cash and they don't want to give refunds for accomodations you didn't use
