We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Hotel offers home atmosphere, staff is very polite very dedicated to making guests feel welcome , on par with higher class resorts. Location is great, allowing for quick access to most hot spots in the area. I definitely recommend this place.

We booked the honeymoon suite for two days and probably these were the best 2 days in our life, the staff or to be more accurate the family whom are running the place are very friendly and they almost help you with anything you need at anytime breakfast is good and can be served anywhere you want until 5:00 p.m and the view which is the most amazing thing about the place are spectacular when you wake up at almost 5:30 a.m go outside in the balcony and suddenly see ten's if not hundred's of balloons hovering Infront of you just can't fall in love with the place.

Really nice boutique hotel with great location, views and staff. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. We stay at panoramic glass room. Tasty breakfast. Perfect vacation. Want to return. Recommend.

The place is magical. The service is above and beyond. Their service is very personal and the team is incredibly hospitable and kind. They knew us by name and were actively trying to make our stay as best as it could be. We had to leave early to catch a flight by they insisted they serve us an express breakfast. Missing it would have been a big mistake. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the panoramic room and in the morning we saw the balloons flying all over the valley from our terrace and from our bed! We loved it, such an amazing experience! The breakfast is super delicious and a lot, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also let us do a late check-out so we can enjoy the pool a little bit more. Also the place is pet-friendly which is a big plus.

Please consider this before coming to Cappadocia and stayed in a hotel with a view of the streets of Istanbul. You enter the hotel through the street. It is a very bad service. They served us cold coffee (not ice coffee, NOT HEATED). 125 euro per room and the room they sell is different in booking (booking is also cheaper. Also they keep same prices for a small and a big room. Let our businessman win (!) by the way our room was a Panasonic view room but You can't see anything through the glass ceiling (you need to buy a periscope) I asked for water, they said should I give you TAP WATER there is no water. I am very angry and dissapointed?
