A wonderful aparthotel. The rooms are immaculate, with a magnificent sea view. Its breakfast is not an apartment breakfast, but tomatoes, peppers, olives, jams and even honey are products grown by the owners of the hotel. The hotel is run by a very naive and friendly family. Thanks to them, we felt like we were guests at a relative's summer house rather than staying at a hotel, thanks to them, they were such sincere people. If you are going to have a holiday in Ovabükü, I would definitely say stay at Karia Apart.

It's the first time I felt the need to comment so much... Care, relevance, humanity, cleanliness, everything is really perfect. An environment where you can feel very peaceful. Mesut, his wife and children's smile and calmness reflects positively on you. The air of Ovabuku bays, the sea is wonderful, there are many beautiful coves to be explored and explored in the immediate vicinity with a distance of 5 10 minutes. This is definitely a place I would like to come back to when I have the opportunity... If you are looking for a peaceful environment, I highly recommend it.

We stayed between 15-21 July 2021. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mesut and his family again for their sincerity and hospitality. The biggest plus is that it is within walking distance to the beach. A calm and peaceful environment has been created among the greenery. No parking problem. Although the breakfast is not very diverse, it is sufficient. My humble criticism for the rooms is that there is no ventilation in the bathroom-wc, there is an odor, wet places and towels do not dry. If one day our way falls to Ovabükü again, Karia will be our only choice.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mesut and his wife for this beautiful holiday. The owner and staff of the hotel are solution oriented and friendly. Karia is an ideal choice for families with children. The garden arrangement was made with children in mind and the distance to the sea is three or four minutes on foot. At breakfast, you wake up with the smell of delicious pastries and cakes. Cleaning was fine, our room was cleaned immediately when we requested cleaning for the second time during our stay. When we preferred bungalows in the previous holidays, the temperature was a problem, in this holiday we did not have any heat problems even at noon thanks to the stone structure of the hotel. We had been staying in hayıtbükü for four years and we wanted to try ovabükü this year. Good thing we did. The air of Ovabükü is better, the temperature is not disturbing at all and there is no humidity. We could not find an alternative for dinner in Hayıtbükü. In Ovabükü, both the menu is richer and delicious. Even in Ankara, we haven't eaten such a nice lamb skewer for a long time.

As a facility, it was a clean place, the rooms were clean and complete. The location of the facility was 5 minutes by walking to ovabukune, and about 15 minutes by walking to hayitbukune. The sea was stony and sandy, mixed, but perfect. The hospitality of Mrs. Serpil and her husband Mesut was wonderful. They were friendly, warm, loving people. I was very pleased with everything. thank you so much.
