Bu durumu telefonla kendilerine ilettiğimde ustalarının yanlışlıkla farklı krema kullandığını ve hataların kendilerinde olduğunu söylediler... Pastayı iade etmek istediğimde hiç bir şekilde ne pastayı iade aldılar ne de parasını verdiler... Kesinlikle müşteri memnuniyeti gözetmeyen bir kuruluş... Hiç bir şekilde tavsiye etmem...
I bought a cake from the brothers on the Centenary Hacı Bektaş Boulevard... The cream of the cake was sour and their cakes were stale... When I conveyed this situation to them by phone, they said that their master used different creams by mistake and it was their fault... When I wanted to return the cake, they never returned the cake. They did not take or give their money... An organization that definitely does not care about customer satisfaction... I would not recommend it in any way...
