Dürüstlük den bahsederken, bir numara insan gibi görünse de, asla değilmiş, hem bu dünyada, hem de gerçek dünya da iki elim yakasında olacaktır.. Okadar uşraştırdılar beni, monilyamı ise daha yaptıramadım neredeyse, bellonaya verdiğim siparişler de yanlış gelmiş...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni ev sahibim bu firmayı kullandığı için ben de kendileriyle anlaştım. Mahmut Bey eve gelip fiyat verd. Anlaşılan gün ve saatte ekip geldi ama Mahmut Bey gelmedi. Eşyalar taşındı, yeni eve bırakıldı. Smart TV'mi özellikle koltuğun üzerine arkası dönük bir şekilde bıraktılar. Evi yerleştirirken ben de TV'me bir şey olacağını düşünmeden kendilerine 1400 lira paralarını verdim.Ertesi gün eşyaların hepsini yerleştirdiğim için TV'yi kurarken fark ettim ki ekranı patlatmışlar! Buzdolabım çizilmiş, Kablonetin TV kutusu kayıp ve TV'nin 500 lira değerindeki duvara sabitleme aparatı da yok. Mahmut Bey'i aradım ve tüm bu eksikliklere rağmen benim için önemli olan TV'nin durumundan bahsettim. Tüm parayı iade etmenin çok olacağını, kendisinin benden o kadar para kazanmadığını ama aynı ayarda bir LG TV ayarlayabileceğini söyledi. Olur dedim ve kendisinden haber bekledim. İkinci kere aradığımda beni tersledi ve ben de kardeşim ve babamdan kendileri ile konuşmasını istedim. Tam 3.5 aydır bizi oyalıyorlar ve bugün kardeşim kendisine eğer tamir işini üstlenmezlerse hukuki işlem başlatacağımızı söylediğinde Mahmut Bey "sıkıysa başlat" dedi! İddiası da taşıma esnasında köpeklerimin TV üzerinde yürüdüğü! Kendisinin bu üslubu çok yanlıştı ve bu firmayla anlaşmayı planlayan insanların bunu da göz önünde bulundurmasını öneriyorum. Ben hukuki işlem başlattım. Ben yandım siz yanmayın, gerçekten çok yazık.

The claim that my dogs were walking on TV during transportation! His style was very wrong and I suggest that people who plan to reach an agreement with this company should also take this into consideration. I started legal proceedings. I'm burned, you're really pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu firma ile geçen hafta Çeşme içinde taşındım. Topu topu 1 orta boy havlu dolabı ve 1 tek kişilik yatak en ağır eşyalarımda. Havlu dolabımı villanın üst kat merdivenlerinden alt kata indirirken her yerini çizgiler. Sarmadılar bile. Yeni eve getirdiklerinde de bu dolap eski bu böyleydi dediler ve bana bağırdılar. Tabak çanaklarımdan da 3-4 tanesi kırılmış. Kırılacak eşyaları sararken toplu toplu sarıyorlar hiç özen göstermiyorlar. Uyarınca tersliyorlar. Hem malın zarar görüyor, hem buna para ödüyorsun hem de fırça yiyorsun. Hiç ama hiç memnun kalmadım. Gelen taşıyıcılardan bir araba laf işittik üstüne de. Ayrıca şikayetimvar.com dan da şikayet edeceğim. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.
I moved to Çeşme last week with this company. 1 medium size towel cabinet and 1 single bed are in my heaviest items. Stripes all over my towel cabinet as I take it down the villa's upstairs stairs. They didn't even wrap. When they brought it to the new house, they said that this cabinet was old and this is how it was and they shouted at me. 3-4 of my plates were broken. While wrapping the fragile items, they wrap them in bulk and do not take any care. They reverse accordingly. Your property is damaged, you pay for it and you eat a brush. I was never, ever satisfied. We heard about a car from the incoming carriers. I will also file a complaint from complaintimvar.com. I don't recommend at all.
