★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öğrendiğim kadarıyla bodrumda ilk kurulan fırınlardan bir tanesi. Büyükbabalardan oğullara uzanan bir miras gibi. Ürünler çok taze hemen hemen her gün gün içinde sıcak ekmek bulmak mümkün. Tahıllı ve buğday ekmekleri çok iyi. Çok ilginçtir ki Ürünler uzun süre tazeliğini koruyabiliyor. Hızlı bir bayatlama söz konusu olmuyor.
As far as I know, this is one of the first ovens installed in the basement. Like a legacy from grandparents to sons. The products are so fresh you are able to find hot bread almost every day during the day. The cereal and wheat breads are very good. It is very interesting that the products can maintain their freshness for a long time. There is no fast stale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gitmeyin. Misafirimiz için aldığım Alman Pastası deyip sattıkları pastayi eve getirdim. Keserken bor baktim fisardan belli olmayan cilekler hepsi çürük ve küf içinde. Telefonlarını defalarca aramama rağmen acmadilar. Taze diye sattıkları ucuz çürük maldan dolayi ne davalar açılıyor yurtdışında. Ayip ayip. Guler yüzde yok içerde.
Bundan 1 ay once oğlum icin borek almıştım. Yeyemedi çocuk kimyasal gibi tat vardı. Pasta da neredeyse bizi zehirleyecek kadar, yeşil kufler icinde kalacak kadar eskiydi.
Bodrum boyle bir yer olsa gerek. Yuksek fiyata çöp satiliyor. Yazıklar olsun.

I bought a borek for my son 1 month ago. Couldn't eat boy had taste like chemical. The cake was so old that it almost poisoned us and remained in green kufs.
Bodrum must be such a place. Garbage is sold at a high price. Shame on you.

Their bread is good, but the cinnamon brownie cookies are unfortunately not good at all. They have a different oil smell. I personally would not recommend them.

Aynı hastalık size gelsin de görün bakalım telefonu insanların hele ki hasta insanlarin yüzüne kapatıp yardımcı olmamanın cezası size de gelsin inşallah Allah'a havale ediyorum.

Piknik için giderken yoldan geçerken keşfettik ve ailecek lezzet farkını tasdikledik. Alt tarafı ekmek deyip geçmemek gerekli, o yuvarlak minik ekmeklerine özellikle hayran kaldım. Tandır lavaş yapıyorlar mı bilmiyorum ama yapmıyorlarsa ona da bir el atsınlar. Ortakent'ten ekmek almaya buraya geleceğim artık mecbur. Çünkü böylesi bir lezzeti tattıktan sonra her şeyin tadı yavan artık...öve öve bitiremedi derler ya tam olarak böyle işte öve öve bitiremiyorum bak yine aklıma geldi gideyim de mutfakta biraz ekmeklerinden tıkınayım.
Ortakent Royal Cıngıloğlu or something is a story, friends. I ate the most delicious chocolate pastry and bread I've ever eaten in Bodrum from here this morning. We discovered it while crossing the road on our way for a picnic and confirmed the difference in taste as a family. It should not be said that the bottom part is bread, I especially admired those round little breads. I don't know if they make tandoori lavash, but if they don't, they should give it a try. I will come here to buy bread from Ortakent, now I have to. Because they say that after tasting such a taste, everything tastes insipid... they say they can't finish it, just like that, I can't finish praising it, look again, it came to my mind that I should go and gorge on some bread in the kitchen.
