The administrative staff have a systems based on understanding each and every problem. My answer to those who say that it is not clean is the cleanliness of the staff who do the cleaning of the rooms on the days of cleaning the rest of the customers are related to the mess. I've been here since I came to Gebze. It's run by really kind gentle ladies. You can stay very conveniently in this location, being close to the center is the biggest advantage, just don't trust men.
