I bought a sofa set from the company. The metal buttons of the throw pillow fell off. I contacted them when I wanted to supply them. They showed a positive attitude like we'll take care of it, we'll get a new one. When we went to the store, they turned us down because we couldn't do it. If you can't solve even such small problems, how will we trust you again?? In short, this attitude does not suit you at all.
