Tek eksi tarafı binalar 30 yıllık. Ve asansör yok. Ancak yönetim çok iyi çalışıyor. Yenileniyor site.
It's a very nice site. It's like a grove in the city. A site established by the employees of the Black Sea copper enterprises. In blocks with 5 floors each.
The only downside is that the buildings are 30 years old. And there is no elevator. However, management works very well. The site is being renewed.
