★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir gün önce aldığım kitabı bugün iade etmek için gittiğimde oldukça sert bir tavırla iade kabul etmediklerini söylediler. Durumumu anlatmama rağmen iade kabul etmeyip beni değişim yapmaya zorladılar. Ayrıca öncesinde iadeyle alakalı hiçbir bilgilendirme de yapılmamıştı. Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır, bir daha asla alışveriş yapmayacağım bir yer.
When I went to return the book I bought the day before today, they said that they do not accept returns with a very harsh attitude. Despite explaining my situation, they did not accept returns and forced me to exchange. In addition, no information was given about the return beforehand. Zero customer satisfaction, a place I will never shop at again.

It shouldn't be hard to guess that it will be the only address where you can find the textbook your teacher wants to be bought without any trouble...you don't have to look anywhere else...you just tell the staff the name of the book and they put it in front of you in one move...the smile and attention you will always see in this bookstore. there will be good traits... I bought the book, which is 110 liras on the internet, for 64.5 liras from this bookstore, and I thought I'd write it in anti-parenthesis...

I wanted to replace Mustafa Yağcı's tyt matte book, which I bought when the shop was closing last night, with a 345 ayt matte book when the shop opened in the morning. Although the price of both of his books was 90 TL, the man with glasses took the calculator and flipped 30 times, he said, you will make a difference of 15 TL! While the 345 ayt math book was 80 TL everywhere, the man asked me for 105 TL. I put the book I bought and left without taking its money.
