★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nüfus işlemleri 4. Katta yapılmakta, ve asansör çalışmıyordu. Yaşlılar ve hastalar için hiç de uygun bir yer değil. Kamu işlemlerinin zemin katlarda olması daha mantıklı olurdu. Ayrıca içerisinin dar olması, ve oturacak yer olmaması da ayrı bir problem. Kaymakamlık bu konuya ivedi şekilde önem vermeli ve düzenleme yapılmalı.
Population procedures were done on the 4th floor, and the elevator was not working. It is not a suitable place for the elderly and the sick. It would make more sense if the public operations were on the ground floors. It is also a problem that it is narrow inside and there is no place to sit. The district governorship should give immediate importance to this issue and regulations should be made.

I can say that it is the worst public service building in Urfa, Population is on the 4th floor and the elevator does not work. The service area is very narrow and very cramped. No masks are allowed inside and security warns people without masks. The security guard and staff are very caring and helpful.
