It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, and only on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. It is closed on Sundays. During the week, students are already at school. Considering that the school ends around 5 pm, no student going to school can benefit from the library. On weekends, people are at home and want to work, but are closed on Sunday and open less than normal hours on Saturday. Finally, as for the toilets, I could not see a napkin even once. Only library staff can take napkins from their lockers and use them. The toilet is also not cleaned.
