Garanti bu dişli malzemenin değişimini yapmıyor. Parayla alacaksınız dedi. Garanti ne işe yarıyor o zaman. İnsanları aldatıyorlar.

Garantisi bittiği için daha uygun olur düşüncesiyle eşim mahalledeki bir elektrikçiye vermiş güya herşeyi tamir edebilen kişi sözde tamir etmiş ancak ikinciye çalışmadı. Buraya getirdik ilgili güler yüzlü bir kadın çalışan teslim aldı aynı gün aradılar bunlar yapılacak bu fiyat olur dediler(sözde elektrikçiden daha uygun fiyata) söz verdikleri tarihte de teslim aldım sorunsuz kullanıyorum.
Arzum brand toaster broke down. My wife gave it to an electrician in the neighborhood with the thought that it would be more suitable because the warranty was over. We brought it here, a smiling female employee received it, they called the same day and said that this would be the price to be done (more affordable than the so-called electrician), I received it on the promised date and I use it without any problems.

Yeni kazanı Arzum yollamış. Nasıl değiştirdilerse kulpunu kırıp tamir edip geri göndermişler. 1 ay dayanmadı elimizde kırıldı. Az kalsın sıcak sudan yanıyorduk. Kulp kırılınca bi baktık ki daha önce kırılıp tamir edilmiş. Şok olduk. Arzuma gerekli şikayeti oluşturduk. Tamire ürün verirken dikkat edin. Biz az kalsın yanıyorduk siz yanmayın!!!
In December 2021, we put the Arzum tea machine, which we bought new for 1 week, into service. It was said that there was a fabrication problem that would be replaced with a new one because the lower chamber was leaking water. Arzum sent the new cauldron. How they changed it, they broke the handle and repaired it and sent it back. It did not last for 1 month, it broke in our hands. We almost got burned by the hot water. When the handle broke, we saw that it was broken and repaired before. We were shocked. We have created the necessary complaint against my request. Be careful when giving product for repair. We almost got burned, you don't get burned!!!
