★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15.06.21 de kantahlilleri yaptırmak için müracaat ettiğim Dr Mustafa Atak a tüm ısrarlarıma rağmen kaydımı üzerine aldı.Kendim gebzede ikamet etmekteyim hocam sonra kaydımı yoğunluktan dolayı ikamet ettiğim sağlık ocağına aldırmıyorum dememe rağmen sistem böyle mecburen ve işine gelmiyorsa yaptırma gibi çirkin ithamlarla beni mağdur etti.Sonradan öğrendim ki böyle bişiy yokmuş.12 yaşında oğluma da kan tahlilli yaptı ama onu üzerine almadı.Hatta benim 2500 hastam var kardeşim hastaya felen ihtiyacım da yok dedi.Bu doktor hakkında gereğinin yapılmasını sn başhekimizden istirham ederim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 yıl önce ehliyetimi değiştirmek için rapor istendi Dr Mustafa Atak a sıra verdiler. Rapor için gelmeme rağmen benim aile hekimimi değiştirip kendisi yaptı. Gebze de ikamet ettiğim halde bunu zorla yaptı yoksa rapor vermeyeceğini söyledi.Şimdi covid aşısı olmak için aile hekiminden randevu alamıyorum çünkü Gebze Kocaelinde yaşıyorum. 2 yıldır aile hekimimi değiştiremiyorum çünkü burdaki doktorlarda fazla hasta görünüyor. Allah o doktoru bildiği gibi yapsın. 2 lira için yaptığı terbiyesizliği artık ifşa etmekte beis görmüyorum. çünkü doktorluk gönül işi olmalı paraya dökülünce böyle tipler çoğalıyor ve halk mağdur oluyor. Karahallı Devlet hastanesi Başhekimine saygıyla arz ederim.
2 years ago, a report was requested to change my driver's license. They gave Dr Mustafa Atak their turn. Even though I came for the report, he changed my family doctor and did it himself. Even though I live in Gebze, he did this by force or he said he would not report. Now I can't get an appointment with the family doctor to get the covid vaccine because I live in Gebze Kocaeli. I haven't been able to change my family doctor for 2 years because there are too many patients in the doctors here. God bless that doctor. I don't see any harm in revealing his rudeness for 2 liras anymore. Because being a doctor should be a job of the heart, when it is poured into money, such types increase and the people become victims. I respectfully submit to the Chief Physician of Karahallı State Hospital.
