We reported that there was a problem with the parquets we made and they said that they will come. Although we have been calling for 1 month, they keep saying that they will call tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 3 ay önce yazlığımıza yaptırdığımız parkenin ne kalitesinden ne de işçiliğinden hiç memnun kalmadık. Salon yanlış döşemeden dolayı söküldü ve tekrar yapıldı. Ama yine sonuç fiyasko. Bize sizi memnun edebilecek şekilde teslim edilecek dendi. Ama o adi parke ve işçiliğe verilen paraya yazıklar olsun. Hakkımı helâl etmiyorum. Ayrıca süpürgelikleri beyaz istedik. Kapımızın pervaz yapısına bakmadan uygun olmayan süpürgelikleri gönderip uymadığını söyleyince yine zararı bize ödettikleri içinde ayrıca kızgınım. Buradan firma yetkilileri duyuyor ise en kısa zamanda tüketici hakem heyetine başvuracağımı ve hakkımı sonuna kadar arayacağımı bildirmek istiyorum.
We were not satisfied with the quality or workmanship of the parquet, which we built in our cottage about 3 months ago. The hall was dismantled and rebuilt due to the wrong flooring. If the company officials hear from here, I would like to inform you that I will apply to the consumer arbitration panel as soon as possible and call my right to the end.
