★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urfa geldi lezzetliydi, lahmacun ona keza öyleydi, fakat beyti kebabin sunumu iyi değildi ve sarması iyi yapılmamıştı. Olabilir dedim lezzeti güzel diye düşündüm. Fakat et şiş geldi, bonfile denilmişti et şiş için normalde ağızda dağılması lazım bir çok yerde bir çok şehirde kebapcida et yedim az pişmiş et gördüm, çok pişmiş, çok yağlı, çok baharatlı v.s et gördüm ama bu kadar lezzetsiz et şiş görmedim yemedim belki kendi capinda bir yer için ağır bir eleştiri ama yazmadan edemedim. Yinede esnafliklari karşılamaları mezeleri ve ikramlari çok iyi. Umuyorum bana o anda oyle gelmiştir o et şiş onun dışındakiler güzeldi dediğim gibi
