Both the store and customer service do not help the customer in any way. I do not recommend Karaca store and online shopping.

I had read it before in the comments. It's very true, there is no such thing as hygiene in the hotel. When we went to the room, the wc was filthy and left behind. The bed was dusty. I don't really recommend

We asked for a product, they said, "We will bring it from the warehouse". Despite reminding us 3 times, we forgot. We get the answer. Employees could care a little more about customer satisfaction.
