I like Karaca's products very much, but I bought a house gift for my friend from the Anatolium store in Bursa. I have never seen such poor quality service in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elektrikli cezve almıştım. O kadar ince bir sap kullanmışlar ki elimde kaldı. 3 hafta önce Yetkili servise verdim hala parçanın gelmediğini söylüyorlar. Yedek parça temini zor. Bir daha bu marka hiçbir şey almam.
I bought an electric coffee pot. They used such a thin handle that I was left with it. I gave it to the authorized service 3 weeks ago, they still say that the part has not arrived. Spare parts are difficult to obtain. I will never buy anything from this brand again.
