★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket içerisinde aldığımız banyo paspas setinin üzerine çamaşır suyu damlamış gibi 1 karış leke var. 2 parçasından birisi açık mavi diğeri gri. Karaca dan o kadar ürün aldım ilk defa bu şubesinde böyle bir rezillik ile karşılaştım.
There is a 1 inch stain on the bath mat set that we bought in the package, as if bleach was dripped on it. One of the 2 pieces is light blue and the other is gray. I bought so many products from Karaca, it's the first time I encountered such disgrace in this branch.

I didn't see such a bad place in my life, I went to buy a product, they said 350 ₺ to me and took my money and when I came back, they showed a mocking attitude by saying 750 ₺ I couldn't match this karaca dealer and I don't recommend anyone to go to a place that I would not prefer all my life. They do business by belittling people.

Elimde kocaman poşetlerle AVMlerdeki Karaca mağazalarına değişim fişimle gittim biz değişemeyiz dediler. Başka bir AVM ye gittim gene değişim olmadı. Satarken nerede değişim yapılacağı fişte yazsa keşke. Koca poşetlerle Pursaklardaki Karaca mağaza sında şansımı deneyeyim dedim. Tüm ürünlerimi ihtiyacıma göre değiştim. Artık bir daha Karacadan alışveriş yapmam derken Allah razı olsun çok ilgilendiler ve bu önyargımı yok ettiler, Teşekkürler Pursaklar KARACA ?
Hello, I spent a lot of time and energy to change the Karaca kitchen utensils that I received as a gift. I went to Karaca stores in shopping malls with huge bags in my hand with my change receipt and they said we cannot change. I went to another shopping mall and there was no change. I wish it had written on the receipt where to change it when selling. I thought I'd try my luck at the Karaca store in Pursaklar with huge bags. I changed all my products according to my needs. When I said I will not shop from Karaca anymore, God bless them, they took care of me and destroyed this prejudice, Thank you Pursaklar KARACA ?
