Ne zaman gelecek muamma??? Arayıp durumu söylediğimde şu gün gelecek gözüküyor dediler, tabi ki gelmedi. 3 5 gün sonraki aramamda yoğunluktan gibi gerekçeler söylediler ve ürünün hiç kargoya bile verilmediğini anladım. Tamamen müşteriyi mağdur edip, yalan yanlış bilgilerle kandırıyorlar. Kargo geldiğinde parçalar kırılmış tekrar mağzaya gelerek kırılan parçaların yerine yenisini siparil etmek zorunda kaldım. Parçayı teslim almak için 3 yaşında çocukla saatlerce bekletildiğim gibi mağza müdürü olduğunu düşündüğü beyefendi Taner bey gerçi kendisi bu sıfatı haketmiyor oldukça kabaydı neredeyse benimle yüksek sesle konuşma cüretinde bulunacaktı. Bir daha buradan hiçbir şekilde alışveriş yapmayacğım gibi hiçkimseyede önermiyorum.Böyle kurumsal bir firma olduğunu düşündüğüm yerin böylesine zayıf satış temsilcilerinin olması çok üzücü. The dinner set I bought was out of stock. They said engec will be delivered in 1 month, it's been 3 months and it still hasn't arrived. They still can't give a date. I will never go to magA again.
