Afyon Afium in your Karacahome store; They do not act towards customer satisfaction. They need to train their employees on how to treat and help a customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 ekim cumartesi mağazadan alışveriş ettim ve daha mağazadan çıkmadan daha güzel bi ürün gördüm aldığım ütünü üstüne para vererek değiştirmek istedim, olamayacağını söylediler hatta dedim ki yanımdaki ablama çalışanın da söyleyeceği bir tonda yapmazlar kendi dükkanları degil , ceplerine giren değişmeyecek nasılsa , ki yapacakları fişi iptal edip tekrar satış yapmak kı daha pahalı bısey alıyorum , yazık üzüldüm. Ben de hizmet sektöründe çalışıyorum ama çalıştığım kurumu kollarım nasıl olsa benim magasim aynı demem. Bi daha kı sefere
Çalışanlara müşteri memnuniyeti veya yardım ediyor olmalarına asla güvenmem. Hatta kızdım karacadan bısey daha alır miyim? hiç sanmam. Napalım tek müşteri ben değilim tek marka da onlar degil .
