Üç verdim bi abi sadece durumun farkındaydı. Ağızlarında maske var bu da onları yoruyor bence . Çalışanlardan maske kaldırılsın. Gerçekten çok yazık oluyor. Kasadaki kadın bunalım battaniyesini almış üzerine dünya umurunda değil sorulara bile cevap vermeden işlem yapıyor (!) , teknik servisteki adam ise sanki Karaca’nın sahibi gibi ego kasıyor. Kısacası beş para etmez yer. Personel sayesinde. They ruined the quality of Karaca with their disrespectful technical service and cashier staff. Alalı 1 hafta bile olmamışken bize iade alamayacaklarını ancak servise giderse iade olabileceğini belirttiler. Müşteri doğal olarak var olan hakkımız ne yazık ki hiçe sayıldı. Talepte de değişim diye yazdılar... Şaka gibi yer, hele birde arayıp telefonda muhattap bulamamak bulunca da bağırması cabası. Yine hakkımızı zorla savunacağız, karaca markası heleke özellikle bu mağazası ben ve etrafımdakiler için bundan sonra bitmiştir.
